Beautiful hand-knotted Afghan rug on a wool foundation. Floral motifs in a diamond pattern with long sumac (flatwoven) ends.
Colors
Main colors are on the sumac weave are blue and dark beige. The wool pile is red with brown, green and red floral and geometric accents.

Notes on condition
This rug has some color fade on one of the sumac (flat woven) ends, and one slightly curled corner. Otherwise in very good vintage condition.
